Pour and spread the oil onto the bottom of a 9x13 inch casserole dish. Arrange some of the orange and lemon slices on the bottom of the dish, leaving a few slices to lay on top of the salmon.
Place the salmon on top of the bed of citrus slices. Season the salmon with salt and pepper then brush the Lee Kum Kee Panda Brand Sauce for Orange Chicken on top.
Lay the remaining citrus slices on top of salmon. Sprinkle the dill fronds on top.
Roast the salmon in the oven for 15-20 minutes. Garnish with additional dill fronds and enjoy!
