How to make it

  1. In a small bowl, mix the shrimp, Lee Kum Kee Lime Cilantro Flavored Hoisin Sauce, salt, pepper, ginger, and garlic powder. Mixing well to ensure the shrimp is evenly coated. Cover and let it marinate for 7-10 minutes. 
  2. In a large nonstick skillet over medium high heat, add in ½ the vegetable oil and wait until it is hot. Add in ½ the shrimp and cook for 3 minutes on each side, making sure to flip over and get a nice sear on each side. Repeat with the other half.
  3. Transfer the shrimp to a serving platter and garnish with cilantro.
