This easy cilantro lime salmon recipe is packed with tons of flavor and ready in under 30 minutes! A vibrant Cilantro Lime Sriracha Mayo makes for the perfect finishing sauce.
Salmon, cilantro, and lime work incredibly well together as a flavor combination. Thanks to Lee Kum Kee Cilantro Lime Flavored Sriracha Sauce, getting the flavor into this recipe is incredibly easy. The salmon bites themselves are great as an appetizer or post-workout protein snack but are also perfect for meal prep! Try them as part of a salad, or in a rice bowl with extra Cilantro Lime Flavored Sriracha drizzled on top.
Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add salmon cubes and sear for 2–3 minutes per side until golden brown and cooked through. Transfer to a plate.
Arrange salmon bites on a platter. Spoon a little of the creamy sauce over each piece. Garnish with chopped cilantro and serve immediately.
