How to make it

  1. Peel the Chinese yam and cut into long strips. Soak them in cold water. Combine the seasoning ingredients and mix well with 3 Tbsp. of warm water to create the sauce.
  2. Boil 2 cups of water and add salt. Add Chinese yam strips and cook for about 2 mins. Remove, drain and place them on a plate.
  3. Drizzle the prepared sauce mix over Chinese yam, sprinkle white sesame seeds and ready to serve.
