Cut each cucumber into 3 even pieces then place them into a reseal-able plastic bag. Use a rolling pin or heavy pan to press down on the cucumbers until they split into spears.

Remove the cucumbers from the bag then cut them into 1 ½ in. pieces.

Toss the cucumbers with the salt then place them into a colander. Allow the cucumbers to stand for about 15 minutes.

In a small bowl, combine the black vinegar, garlic, sugar, Lee Kum Kee Pure Sesame Oil, Lee Kum Kee Panda Brand Cooking Soy Sauce, white sesame seeds, and red pepper flakes. Mix the ingredients together until combined.

Transfer the cucumbers to a bowl then toss them with the prepared sauce. Garnish with cilantro leaves and enjoy!
