What You Will Need

Ingredients

  • 10 oz. dry noodle
  • 2 Tbsp. cooking oil
  • 4 oz. ground pork
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 2 oz. cucumber, shredded
  • 1 oz. water-soaked black fungus
  • 2 oz. bean sprouts, boiled

Seasoning

  • 2 Tbsp. minced garlic
  • 2 Tbsp. minced ginger
  • 2 Tbsp. green onions, chopped
  • 8 Tbsp. Lee Kum Kee Panda Brand Lo Mein Oyster Flavored Sauce
  • (optional) minced chili

How to make it

  1. Boil water, add in the noodles until cooked. Remove noodles from the pot and soak in cold water for 5 seconds. Drain the water and set the noodle aside in a bowl.
  2. Heat oil, stir-fry ground pork for 2 minutes. Add seasoning, keep stir-frying for 2 minutes. Add water, simmer for another 2 minutes.
  3. Add the remaining ingredients and meat sauce on top of noodle. Ready to serve.
