How to make it
Make the dressing by adding all ingredients in a mixing bowl and whisk together until blended. Place in the fridge to chill until ready to use. 
In a large salad bowl, place the shredded chicken then drizzle with ⅓ of the dressing over and toss, coating the chicken well. 
Add in the red cabbage, romaine, iceberg, carrots, green onion, cilantro, and last ⅓ of dressing toss well with tongs. 
Garnish the top of the salad with roasted cashews, red pepper flakes, and sesame seeds.
Serve with ⅓ dressing on the side.
