Cook the pasta according to the package directions. Drain and rinse it under cold water.
Heat the olive oil in a pan over medium-high heat. Add in the onion and Lee Kum Kee Minced Garlic. Sauté until the onion is browned and translucent. Pour in the vodka and cook for a minute. Mix in the tomato paste until well combined. Then mix in the Lee Kum Kee Chiu Chow Style Chili Oil and heavy cream.
Add the pasta to the pan and mix until combined. Remove the pan from heat. Top with shredded cheese and garnish with chopped parsley. Enjoy!
