How to make it

  2. Preheat a skillet to medium to low heat. Add in a small drizzle of extra virgin olive oil and add Lee Kum Kee Minced Garlic. Sauté for one minute then carefully add in the feta crumbles creating a circle with a hole in the center. 
  3. Next, crack an egg in the center of the feta crumbles and then drizzle with Lee Kum Kee Chiu Chow Style Chili Crisp Oil. Cover and let the egg cook for 3-5 minutes.
  4. In the meantime, toast a tortilla on the stove top and then add on smashed avocado and a squeeze of lime juice.
  5. Using a spatula, carefully scrape out the crispy fried egg and place it on top of the avocado smashed tortilla. Then top with pickled onions.
  6. Drizzle with honey and more Lee Kum Kee Chiu Chow Style Chili Crisp Oil. Enjoy!
