Preheat the oven to 400˚F. Line a baking sheet with foil and generously grease it with oil.

Pat the chicken dry with paper towels. Add the garlic powder, Lee Kum Kee Black Peppercorn Grinder, kosher salt, baking powder, and cornstarch to a resealable plastic bag. Shake to combine the spices. Add in the chicken wings then tightly seal the bag. Shake until the chicken wings are well coated in the dry mixture.

Place the chicken wings onto the baking sheet in a single layer and place it in the oven to bake for 45-50 minutes until the chicken wings are browned and cooked through.

While the chicken wings are baking, make the sauce. Add the butter to a small pot and melt over medium heat. Mix in the honey, Lee Kum Kee Chili Garlic Sauce, Lee Kum Kee Panda Brand Premium Cooking Soy Sauce, and lime juice. Bring the mixture to a bubble then remove it from the heat and set aside.

Add the chicken wings to a large bowl then pour the sauce over top. Toss the wings and sauce together until well coated. Top with cilantro leaves and sliced serrano peppers. Enjoy!
