How to make it

  1. Heat a skillet with oil on high. Add in the chili flakes and Lee Kum Kee Minced Garlic. Mix well and cook until the garlic is browned, but not burned.
  2. Lower the heat to medium and then add in the shrimp, salt and pepper.
  3. Cook the shrimp for a few minutes until translucent and cooked through, stirring everything together. 
  4. Stir in the Lee Kum Kee Chili Garlic Sauce and mix the shrimp well. Turn off the heat and then toss in the fresh chopped cilantro.
  5. Serve with some rice or by itself.
