How to make it
Boil penne pasta in salted water then drain and set aside until ready to use.
Oil a saute pan over medium-high heat, add diced chicken breast and cook until golden brown. Remove and set aside.
Using the same pan, add yellow onion, bell peppers, garlic, sun dried tomatoes and Lee Kum Kee Chili Garlic Sauce. Stir until cooked and onions are caramelized.
Bring heat to a simmer adding in heavy cream, parmesan cheese, spinach and cooked chicken followed by penne pasta. Mix well and serve with additional parmesan(optional).
