Slice chili pepper into diagonal sections and set them aside. Slice pork belly into thin pieces and add Lee Kum Kee Premium Oyster Sauce to marinate for 30 minutes.
Heat a wok over high heat. Add a small amount of cooking oil, smashed garlic and sliced ginger, then quickly sauté until fragrant.
Then add meat to sauté until thoroughly cooked. Add chili pepper, followed by Lee Kum Kee Seasoning Soy Sauce and Lee Kum Kee Chili Black Bean Sauce.
Stir-fry over high heat until the water evaporate and the sauce fully cover the ingredients. Ready to serve.
