Heat a wok over high heat. Add a small amount of cooking oil, smashed garlic and sliced ginger then quickly sauté until fragrant. Then add meat to sauté until thoroughly cooked. Stir-fry over high heat until the water evaporate and the sauce fully cover the ingredients. Ready to serve.
