How to make it

  1. Slice Korean chili pepper into diagonal sections and set them aside. Slice pork belly into thin pieces and marinate with Lee Kum Kee Choy Sun Oyster Flavored Sauce for 30 minutes.
  2. Heat a wok over high heat. Add a small amount of cooking oil, smashed garlic and sliced ginger then quickly sauté until fragrant. Then add meat to sauté until thoroughly cooked.
