How to make it
In a small bowl, combine Black Bean Garlic Sauce, sugar, water and cornstarch to create a black bean sauce mixture. Set aside.
Cook egg noodles according to packaged directions and set aside.
Marinade chicken with 1 Tbsp. cornstarch and Panda Brand Oyster Flavored Sauce.
In a heated pan, stir fry chicken. Midway through, add in egg noodles, bok choy and cook for 2 minutes.
Stir in black bean sauce mixture and cook until heated through, or until the sauce thickens. Season with black pepper.
