In a large bowl, combine the Greek yogurt, Lee Kum Kee Panda Brand Oyster Flavored Sauce, cumin, cardamom, turmeric, cinnamon, and kosher salt. Add in the chicken thigh pieces and mix until the chicken is evenly coated. Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and place it in the fridge to marinate for at least 1 hour.

Heat the grill to a medium heat. Skewer the chicken pieces onto bamboo skewers that have been soaking in water. Grill the chicken until it is completely cooked through, then remove it from the grill.

Serve the chicken with the pita bread, shredded lettuce, cherry tomatoes, red onion, Persian cucumbers, feta, and tzatziki sauce. Garnish with parsley leaves and enjoy!
