How to make it

Bring water to a boil. Add chicken and cook until the insides are no longer pink. Drain and set aside. Prepare carrot and sweet corn by chopping them both into six pieces. Cut dried shiitake mushrooms into thin slices. Set aside. 
Bring water to a boil, and add in all ingredients. Reduce heat, and simmer for about an hour.
Add salt to taste, followed by Lee Kum Kee Premium Bouillon Powder Flavored with Chicken.
