How to make it
Cut the chicken breast into 1" chunks and season with salt and pepper, then set aside. Cut the stems off the mushrooms, keeping just the tops. Then chop the green and red bell pepper and onion into 1" pieces.
Heat grill to medium high heat. Skewer the chicken, peppers, mushroom and onion, making as many as you can.
Drizzle skewers with olive oil, then place on the grill. Grill on each side for about 5 minutes, turning often.
While the chicken skewers are cooking, make your garlic butter by melting ½ a stick of butter in a small bowl. Then add in the Panda Brand Oyster Flavored Sauce, minced garlic and finely chopped parsley. Stir together.
When the chicken skewers are grilled nicely and cooked through, take off the grill and place on a serving plate.
Spoon the oyster-garlic-butter mixture over the chicken and then top with more chopped parsley (optional). Serve and enjoy.
