How to make it

  1. Sauté chicken with 1 Tbsp. oil for 2 minutes.
  2. Add red bell peppers and mushrooms. Cook until wilted.
  3. Add Oyster Flavored Sauce and cook until heated through. Set aside (chicken mixture).
  4. In a heated non-stick skillet, add 2 Tbsp. oil. Cook eggs for 1-2 minutes.
  5. Add the chicken mixture and season with black pepper.
  6. Drizzle Hoisin Sauce before serving.
