Heat 1 Tbsp. oil in a large frying pan over medium-high heat. Add the chicken and sauté for about 5 minutes, or until browned and cooked through. Remove from the pan and set aside.

Add the remaining tablespoon of oil to the pan along with the whites of the green onions, red bell pepper, zucchini and broccoli. Cook for 4-6 minutes, or until the veggies just barely start to soften. Add in Wildbrine Roasted Garlic Kraut and sauté for an additional 3 minutes.

Add chicken back in and mix in Lee Kum Kee Panda Brand Cooking Soy Sauce. Toss until chicken is warmed through. Taste for seasoning and adjust if needed.

Divide the cabbage stir fry between 4 plates and top with greens of the onions and garnish with sesame seeds. Serve with a side of Wildbrine Roasted Garlic Kraut. Enjoy!
