How to make it

  1. Preheat the oven to 400º F.
  2. Toss brussels sprouts with olive oil and a pinch of salt and pepper. Bake in the oven until browned and easily pierced with a fork.  Cut polenta in half, then into ½-inch thick triangular wedges. Place on a baking sheet.
  3. Spray the polenta wedges with olive oil spray on both sides, then season with salt and pepper.
  4. Sprinkle each polenta wedge with a generous layer of Parmesan cheese and bake for 15-18 minutes, until cheese is melted and polenta is golden brown.
  5. Build the bites: squeeze Lee Kum Kee Sriracha Chili Sauce onto a polenta bite, then top with a brussel sprout and pierce together with a toothpick. Garnish with freshly grated Parmesan cheese if desired.
