  • 1 head cauliflower, blanched with salted boiling water, rinsed and drained
  • 2 cups milk
  • 4 Tbsp. flour
  • 1 small onion, chopped
  • 4 Tbsp. butter
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs

  • 4 Tbsp. Lee Kum Kee Panda Brand Oyster Flavored Sauce
  • 2 Tbsp. parsley, chopped
  • 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese, shredded

How to make it

  1. In a medium sauce pan, add in butter and onion. Cook at medium heat for 2 minutes.
  2. Stir in flour and cook mixture for an additional 2 minutes.
  3. Stir in milk, Oyster Flavored Sauce and parsley. Mix well (mixture). Cook mixture until thickened.
  4. In a 4 x 9 inch baking dish, mix in cauliflower, breadcrumbs, and mixture thoroughly.
  5. Sprinkle parmesan cheese on top and bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes or until mixture forms a crispy crust on top.
