Preheat the oven to 400˚F. Cut off the head of the garlic then drizzle the olive oil on top. Season with salt and pepper. Wrap the garlic in foil and bake it in the oven for 30-40 minutes until the cloves feel soft inside. Remove the garlic from the oven and allow it to cool.
Spread the butter onto the serving board. Evenly disperse the roasted garlic onto the butter. Spoon the Lee Kum Kee Chiu Chow Style Chili Oil over the butter. Drizzle honey over top. Sprinkle flakey salt all over. Top with sliced green onions and microgreens. Enjoy!
