How to make it

  1. Place the thin beef slices into a bowl. Add the Lee Kum Kee Korean Bulgogi Marinade and mix well. Marinate for approximately 10 minutes.
  2. Heat the oil in a hot pot, then sauté the onions and the minced garlic until fragrant. Add the marinated beef slices and stir-fry until cooked through. 
  3. Add the carrots, enoki mushrooms (optional), and the chopped green onion, and quickly stir.
  4. Add the Lee Kum Kee Premium Pure Sesame Oil and stir well.
