Place the thin beef slices into a bowl. Add the Lee Kum Kee Korean Bulgogi Marinade and mix well. Marinate for approximately 10 minutes.
Heat the oil in a hot pot, then sauté the onions and the minced garlic until fragrant. Add the marinated beef slices and stir-fry until cooked through.
Add the carrots, enoki mushrooms (optional), and the chopped green onion, and quickly stir.
Add the Lee Kum Kee Premium Pure Sesame Oil and stir well.
