How to make it

  1. In the bowl, place the cooked jasmine rice, topping with roasted beets, purple cauliflower, avocado, broccoli rabe, pepitas, almonds, raisins, radish slices, lemon juice, salt and pepper. 
  2. Drizzle a little Lee Kum Kee Pure Sesame Oil, season with salt and pepper over the avocado and serve. 
  3. Garnish with lemon and lime slices and real or edible flowers (optional).
