In the bowl, place the cooked jasmine rice, topping with roasted beets, purple cauliflower, avocado, broccoli rabe, pepitas, almonds, raisins, radish slices, lemon juice, salt and pepper.
Drizzle a little Lee Kum Kee Pure Sesame Oil, season with salt and pepper over the avocado and serve.
Garnish with lemon and lime slices and real or edible flowers (optional).
