How to make it

  1. In a skillet, add olive oil and heat to medium.
  2. When hot, add in the brussels sprouts and let sear for 5 minutes until they start to brown and crisp up. Add Lee Kum Kee Panda Brand Sweet Soy Sauce and toss sprouts to coat them. Lower heat, cover and let steam for 10 minutes until they are softened.
  3. Heat back to medium and add the pecans, cranberries and keep tossing for another 2 minutes to get them a little more crispy. Then take off heat and plate with rosemary for garnish.
