How to make it

  2. Cook the brown rice according to the package directions. Set it aside to cool.
  3. Preheat the oven to a low broil. Mix the pepitas, olive oil, black pepper, and salt together until combined. Broil for 1-2 minutes until lightly browned and set it aside.
  4. In a large bowl, combine the brown rice, kale, radishes, hemp seeds, white sesame seeds, black sesame seeds, and mung bean sprouts. Toss until combined. Add in Lee Kum Kee Panda Brand Cooking Soy Sauce, Lee Kum Kee Pure Sesame Oil, red pepper flakes, a squeeze of fresh lime juice, and the roasted pepitas. Give the salad another toss. Add the sliced avocado on top and enjoy!
