How to make it
Boil the gnocchi according to recipe or package directions. Drain well.
While the gnocchi is cooking, add the butter, 1 teaspoon of Lee Kum Kee Minced Garlic, and sage leaves to a large pan over medium heat. Stir the butter occasionally until it begins to lightly brown and begins to have a slightly nutty smell, about 2 minutes. Remove the butter from the pan and set aside.
Add the olive oil to the pan and heat over medium-high heat. Add the drained gnocchi to the pan and cook until golden on one side without stirring, about 5-6 minutes.
Add in 1 teaspoon of Lee Kum Kee Minced Garlic, mix and then add the browned butter back to the pan. Add the Lee Kum Kee Panda Brand Cooking Soy Sauce and toss with the gnocchi. Cook 1-2 minutes. Season with fresh black pepper.
Sprinkle with parmesan cheese and garnish with more sage, if desired. Enjoy!
