How to make it
Melt butter over medium heat in a large pot or Dutch oven. Add in the onions and sauté for 5 minutes until soft, add in Lee Kum Kee Minced Garlic and continue cooking.
Add 1 Tbsp. flour and mix in well, heating for 1 minute while stirring. Carefully pour in the chicken broth and mix together seasoning with all-spice.
Stir in the half and half and Lee Kum Kee Panda Brand Sauce for Broccoli Beef. Turn heat up to high and bring to a low boil for about 5 minutes, then turn the heat back down to low.
Add in the chopped carrots and broccoli, cover and let simmer for 15 minutes until vegetables are tender, stirring often.
Take the pot off the heat and add the remaining flour along with 1 quarter of the shredded cheese, do this in 4 parts so it mixes and melts in evenly adding in salt and pepper to taste. Once all the cheese has melted in, serve and enjoy.
(Optional) Sprinkle with more pepper for serving.
