You can’t go wrong with a classic broccoli beef recipe, but if you’re looking for a quick twist or don’t have any rice on hand, you can get all of the same flavors with noodles instead in this broccoli beef noodles recipe.

 

This recipe is just as convenient and easy to make thanks to the Lee Kum Kee Sauce for Broccoli Beef. Any time you would spend on cooking the noodles can be saved by using this sauce, which packs everything you need for broccoli beef into one flavorful pouch. How to make it

  1. Cook noodles according to package instructions in boiling water.

  2. At the same time, add oil to a wok or large sauté pan on medium high heat. Season sirloin steak pieces then add to pan to sear for a couple of minutes. Toss and cook thoroughly, which should take 2-3 more minutes.

  3. With two minutes left on the noodles, add the broccoli to blanch. Drain the broccoli and noodles and add to the pan once the beef is evenly seared and fully cooked. Add Lee Kum Kee Panda Brand Sauce for Broccoli Beef and toss to coat thoroughly.

  4. Transfer to a serving plate and garnish with green onion and sesame seeds. Enjoy!
