Heat a cast-iron or large skillet over medium heat. Add olive oil and garlic.
Cook a few seconds, then add shrimp in a single layer.
Cook for about 2 minutes until shrimp has a nice color on the first side. Seasoning with salt and pepper to taste. 
Flip the shrimp to the second side. Add in Lee Kum Kee Panda Brand Black Pepper Grilling Sauce and cook for another 2 minutes. Seasoning with salt and pepper to taste. 
Toss in the sliced scallions and serve with a side of veggies and rice (optional).
