Combine the apple, garlic, Lee Kum Kee Panda Brand Premium Cooking Soy Sauce, honey, and Lee Kum Kee Pure Sesame Oil together in a bowl. Then add in the ground beef and mix it together with the marinade. Set the beef aside to marinate for 30 minutes. Heat a pan over medium high heat, then add in 2 tsp. of vegetable oil. Add the marinated beef to the pan and cook until fully cooked through. Remove the beef from the pan and set it aside for later.

To create the sauce, combine all of the sauce mix ingredients together in a bowl until the sugar dissolves. Set it aside for later.

For the vegetables: Heat 2 tsp. of the vegetable oil in a pan over medium high heat. Add in the shiitake mushrooms and cook for about 2 minutes. Then add in 1 ½ tsp. of Lee Kum Kee Panda Brand Premium Cooking Soy Sauce, ¼ tsp. sugar, and ½ tsp. Lee Kum Kee Minced Garlic. Cook for 1 minute, then remove the mushrooms from the pan.

To cook the carrots, heat 2 tsp. of the vegetable oil in a pan over medium high heat. Cook for about 5-8 minutes until tender. Then remove the carrots from the pan. To cook the zucchini, heat 2 tsp. of the vegetable oil in a pan over medium high heat. Cook for about 4 minutes until tender. Then remove the zucchini from the pan.

To cook the spinach, heat 2 tsp. of the vegetable oil in a pan along with ¼ tsp. of Lee Kum Kee Pure Sesame Oil. Add in the spinach and cook until it begins to wilt. Then add in ½ tsp. of garlic and salt to taste. To cook the bean sprouts, steam them in the microwave for 3 minutes until slightly wilted. Rinse and drain them under cold water then squeeze out the excess water. Place the bean sprouts into a bowl and mix it together with 2 tsp. Lee Kum Kee Pure Sesame Oil, 1 tsp. Lee Kum Kee Minced Garlic, and ¼ tsp. fish sauce.

To serve: Distribute the rice between the serving bowls and top each bowl with the beef, vegetables, a fried egg, the sauce, and white sesame seeds. Enjoy!
