How to make it
In a bowl, make the dressing by whisking together the orange juice, Lee Kum Kee Panda Brand Triple Citrus Grilling and Dipping Sauce, and olive oil. Season with salt and pepper and set aside.
Spread out greens on a plate or in a salad bowl.
Layer red onion, beets, orange segments, goat cheese and pistachios.
Dress the salad with vinaigrette. Lightly toss and serve.
