Beef with Broccoli Rice

How to make it

  1. Chop up the broccoli head, removing the stems. Place florets into food processor and pulse until riced, but not over chopped. Set aside. 
  2. Slice the beef into ¼ inch pieces and place into a bowl with Lee Kum Kee Panda Brand Sauce for Broccoli Beef. Let that marinate for 30 minutes. 
  3. Heat a large frying pan to medium high heat with a little olive oil. Add the chopped onion, garlic, ginger and cook down for 2-3 minutes. Then, add crimini mushrooms, then the marinated beef. Cook for 5 or so minutes until beef begins to darken and crisp then toss in the broccoli rice. 
  4. Turn down the heat to medium and stir fry for 10 minutes until meat is nicely cooked through, and the broccoli rice has softened and crisped up. 
  5. Add in a little more Lee Kum Kee Panda Brand Sauce for Broccoli Beef and keep cooking for another few minutes. 
  6. Remove from heat and serve right away while hot.
