How to make it

Mix beef fillet with marinade.
Pan-fry beef fillet in 2 tbsp oil until golden yellow and done.
Put honeydew melon strips on beef fillet and roll up. Arrange beef rolls on a serving plate. Heat through sauce mix and pour over beef rolls. Sprinkle with chopped parsley.
