6 Tbsp. Lee Kum Kee Panda Brand Triple Citrus Grilling and Dipping Sauce
2 ½ Tbsp. balsamic vinegar
2 Tbsp. fresh orange juice
How to make it
In a small bowl, whisk together Lee Kum Kee Panda Brand Triple Citrus Grilling and Dipping Sauce, balsamic vinegar, and orange juice then set aside.
Heat a grill on medium high heat. Before placing the lamb chops on the grill season each with salt and pepper then brush all sides with the citrus sauce mixture. Grill for 3-4 minutes on each side until it has a nice char and the inside is not fully cooked (slight red color).
Let it rest for 5 minutes before transferring to a serving platter with rice. Garnish with chopped parsley.
