This baked mac and cheese bites recipe is tailored for party food or people looking to take mac and cheese on the go. We made some fresh mac and cheese for this recipe, but this a perfect way to use up some leftover as well.

All you need is mac and cheese and a little extra kick from Lee Kum Kee Sriracha Chili Sauce, and you've got everything you need to make these mac and cheese bites special.

How to make it

  1. Preheat your oven to 375 °Fahrenheit (190 °Celsius) and grease a mini muffin tin with cooking spray.
  2. In a large bowl, combine cooked macaroni, cheddar cheese, Parmesan cheese, milk, egg, garlic powder, onion powder, black pepper, and Lee Kum Kee Sriracha Chili Sauce. Mix well.
  3. Spoon the mixture into the mini muffin tin, pressing down slightly. Mix breadcrumbs with melted butter and sprinkle over each bite.
  4. Bake for 12-15 minutes until tops are golden and bites are set. Let cool in the tin for 5 minutes. Serve with more Lee Kum Kee Sriracha Sauce!
