Place the brie rounds on a baking tray. Place in the oven to bake for 5-7 minutes, but don’t let it get to runny.
Take out and spread with the jam and drizzle with Lee Kum Kee Panda Brand Dipping Soy Sauce. Add blackberries, figs, pecans, pepitas and fresh thyme. Serve right away with crackers.
