Preheat oven to 275°F.

Grease or line a baking sheet.

Wash and dry the beets, then slice into thin chips using a mandoline.

Place the beet chips into a bowl along with the Lee Kum Kee Hoisin Sauce and toss well, then lay out on a tray.

Place into the oven on the middle rack and bake for 1 hour 40 minutes until beet chips are crispy. Half way through, flip them over. You want them to cook low and slow, as to not burn.

Take out of the oven and cool for 5 minutes. Once cooled, season with garlic salt, serve in a bowl or save in a reusable or re-sealable bag for later.
