How to make it

  1. Set oven to 400° Fahrenheit and line a baking sheet with parchment paper or a wire rack.
  2. In a bowl, mix goat cheese, cream cheese, and Lee Kum Kee Panda Brand Oyster Sauce until smooth and well combined. Evenly fill each jalapeño half with the cheese mixture, smoothing the top. Wrap each stuffed jalapeño half with half a slice of bacon, securing the ends with a toothpick if needed.
  3. Arrange bacon-wrapped jalapeños on the baking sheet and bake for 12-15 minutes, or until the bacon is crispy and the jalapeños are tender. Remove from the oven, let cool slightly, then sprinkle with chopped green onions. Serve warm and enjoy!
