Dressing

  • 2 Tbsp. olive oil (plum sauce dressing)
  • 4 tsp. lime juice (plum sauce dressing)
  • 4 Tbsp. pineapple juice (plum sauce dressing)
  • 2 tsp. ginger , finely minced (plum sauce dressing)
  • 4 Tbsp. Lee Kum Kee Plum Sauce (plum sauce dressing)
  • 1 pinch black pepper , for taste (plum sauce dressing)
