How to make it
In a large skillet over medium-high heat, add the bacon and cook until crisp. Remove the bacon using a slotted spoon onto a plate lined with a paper towel.
In the same skillet, add red bell peppers and sauté for 2 minutes until they are tender.
Add in the cooked rice and bacon, stir to combine. Then pour over Lee Kum Kee Panda Brand Ponzu Plum Grilling and Dipping Sauce, season with salt and pepper, mix well to combine.
Transfer to a serving platter and garnish with green onions.
