What You Will Need

Ingredients

  • 5 oz. assorted seafood
  • 1 oz. bean vermicelli (soaked until softened, drained)
  • 1 pc. red chili (sliced)
  • 4 oz. leek (sliced)

Seasoning

  • salt & pepper (to taste)

Sauce Mix

  • stock
  • 1 Tbsp. Lee Kum Kee Shrimp Sauce
  • 1 tsp. cooking wine
  • 2.5 cups water

How to make it

  1. Add all the Sauce Mix ingredients into a pot to create the soup base. Bring to a boil.
  2. Add in assorted seafood, bean vermicelli and red chilies. Heat through. Stir in leeks and season with salt and pepper if necessary. Transfer to a bowl and serve.
