Lee Kum Kee products

How to make it

  1. Place a rack on a large baking sheet and preheat the oven to 250°F. Dry the wings with a paper towel then place in a large bowl. Add the baking powder, salt and pepper giving the chicken a good toss.
  2. Place the wings skin side up in a single layer on the lower shelf of the oven and let it bake for 30 minutes.
  3. After those 30 minutes are up, turn the oven up to 425°F. Rotate the tray and place the wings on a higher shelf and bake for 45-50 minutes until golden brown.
  4. While wings are cooling for a few minutes, mix the Lee Kum Kee Panda Brand Oyster Flavored Sauce and Lee Kum Kee Panda Brand Cooking Soy Sauce in a small bowl.
  5. Transfer the wings to a large bowl and pour the sauce mixture over the wings and fresno chilies, tossing ensuring that each wing is covered in sauce.
  6. Stack the wings high on a serving platter, garnish with sesame seeds and green onions.
