Yogurt Slaw: In a large bowl, toss together the cabbage, carrots and cilantro. In a small bowl, whisk together the yogurt, honey, Chili flakes, vinegar, salt and pepper. Stream in the olive oil while whisking until the mixture comes together. Pour the dressing over the slaw, tossing well to coat.

Sloppy Joe Mixture: Heat a large skillet over medium-low heat and add a drizzle of olive oil. Stir in the onion, thai chili pepper and Lee Kum Kee Minced Garlic. Cook until the onions soften, about 5 to 6 minutes. Increase the heat to medium and add in the turkey and beef, using a wooden spoon to break it apart and combine it. Cook until browned. Stir in the tomato paste, paprika and brown sugar. Stir in the tomato puree, Lee Kum Kee Panda Brand Oyster Flavored Sauce, Lee Kum Kee Panda Brand Cooking Soy Sauce and apple cider vinegar. Cover and cook for 15 to 20 minutes, stirring often.

To Serve: Layer the slaw and pickles in the pita bread, then spoon the Sloppy Joe mixture on top. Enjoy!
