Slice the cucumbers and place them into a mixing bowl. Season with salt and toss.
Place in the fridge to chill for 30 minutes.
Pat them dry and place them into another bowl along with the sliced red and green onions, red pepper flakes, Lee Kum Kee Minced Garlic, honey and Panda Brand Sweet and Spicy Grilling and Dipping Sauce.
Toss and then place in the refrigerator to chill for 30 minutes.
When ready to serve, take out and garnish with black sesame seeds.
