This chicken bowl recipe is a fresh and flavorful meal made with ground chicken, crisp lettuce, carrots, and cabbage, topped with cashews and a bold sauce. It also doubles as an Asian chicken salad bowl recipe, perfect for a fast lunch or light dinner.

1 Tbsp. vegetable oil
1 lb. ground chicken
2 heads butter lettuce
1 ½ cup carrots, julienned
2 cups shredded red cabbage
½ cup roasted cashews
4 green onions, thinly sliced
½ cup fresh cilantro, chopped
Seasoning
½ cup Lee Kum Kee Panda Brand Sauce for Lettuce Wraps + additional for dressing
In a large skillet over medium high heat, add the vegetable oil and wait till it gets hot. Then add the chicken and cook till slightly brown.
Add Lee Kum Kee Panda Brand Sauce for Lettuce Wraps, red chili flakes, salt and pepper. Mix well and cook through. (about 10-15 minutes)
Place washed and roughly chopped butter lettuce in bowls, then add carrots, and cabbage.
Top salad bowl with cooked chicken and garnish with cashews, green onions, and cilantro. Drizzle Lee Kum Kee Panda Brand Sauce for Lettuce Wraps on top for additional dressing.
