How to make it

  1. Cook shredded chicken and beansprouts in boiling water until done. 
  2. Rinse with cold drinking water until cool. Drain.
  3. Chill all ingredients (except chopped roasted peanuts) in refrigerator.
  4. Stir in dressing before serving. Top with chopped roasted peanuts.
