How to make it
In a small bowl make the seasoning mix by mixing the salt, pepper, ground mustard and paprika together. Once mixed take and rub it all over the pork, covering it on all sides.
Place the sliced garlic and onion into the slow cooker followed by the fresh thyme leaves. Add the apple cider, apple cider vinegar and Lee Kum Kee Panda Brand Oyster Flavored Sauce then place the pork butt down.
Cover slow cooker and set to low for 8 hours.
After 8 hours take the pork out and place on a cutting board. Let cool for a moment and then pull it apart using forks, then add the pulled meat back into the slow cooker.
Make sandwiches by placing some meat down on bun with a little mayo and top with shredded cabbage for a nice crunch.
