Healthy meal prep couldn't be easier with this hot honey chicken recipe, perfect for those looking to up their air fryer recipe game!

 

Each piece of crispy chicken has a balance of sweet, spicy, and umami thanks to the combination of Lee Kum Kee Panda Brand Oyster Sauce and Honey Sriracha Sauce used in the marinade. This simple blend of two sauces packs in a ton of flavor, making for an effortless and tasty meal prep idea.

How to make it

  1. In a bowl, mix together Lee Kum Kee Honey Sriracha Sauce and Lee Kum Kee Panda Brand Oyster Sauce until combined. Add the chicken and toss to coat. Cover and refrigerate for 20-30 minutes. Remove chicken and pat lightly with a paper towel to remove excess marinade. 
  2. Place flour in a shallow bowl. Beat egg in a separate shallow bowl. In a third bowl, mix crushed cornflakes with salt, pepper, smoked paprika, and garlic powder.
  3. Dredge each chicken piece in flour, shaking off excess. Dip in egg, letting excess drip off. Press into cornflake crumbs, coating all sides. 
  4. Preheat the air fryer to 400°F. Spray the basket lightly with oil. Arrange chicken in a single layer. Lightly spray tops with oil. Air fry 8–10 minutes, flipping halfway, until golden brown and internal temp reaches 165°F.
  5. Drizzle additional Lee Kum Kee Honey Sriracha generously over the chicken. Garnish with minced parsley if desired and enjoy with ranch.
